Returns & Exchanges

• As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed.

• However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

• We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this, the crafting process begins, and we won’t be able to cancel your order.
